Paladina Pool Service, Maintenance & Support

There is a certain kind of peace of mind that comes from knowing exactly who to call when something goes wrong with your pool, or better yet, having someone in your corner who makes sure things rarely do. That is what Paladina offers homeowners throughout Pittsburgh and Western Pennsylvania.

Our technicians show up with the kind of experience and attention to detail that comes from years of building and servicing custom pools across the region. Whether we installed your pool or you are simply looking for a team you can trust with it, we treat every project with the same level of care. We learn your pool, your equipment, and how it should perform, and we use that knowledge every time we visit.

From weekly chemical maintenance to emergency equipment repairs, from seasonal openings to full liner replacements, Paladina provides the kind of ongoing service that protects your investment and lets you actually enjoy your pool instead of managing it.

Routine Maintenance Plans for Pittsburgh Pool Owners

Consistent, professional maintenance is the single most important thing you can do to extend the life of your pool and keep it looking its best all season. Paladina offers weekly and bi-weekly maintenance plans tailored to the size of your pool, the equipment you have, and how often you use it.

Each visit includes a thorough chemical check and balance, skimming and brushing, filter inspection, and a visual review of your equipment. When we notice something developing, we flag it before it becomes a problem. Our clients do not spend their weekends testing water or troubleshooting equipment. They spend them swimming.

What Our Maintenance Plans Include:

• Weekly or bi-weekly scheduled service visits

• Water chemistry testing and chemical treatment

• Skimming, brushing, and vacuuming

• Filter cleaning and backwashing as needed

• Equipment inspection at every visit

• Detailed service records so you always know the condition of your pool

Maintenance plans are available to all Paladina clients in the Pittsburgh area, whether we built your pool or not.

Customer Stories

"After talking with three other pool companies, a friend referred us to Paladina. They responded to our request for information within two days and came on-site to see our yard. We immediately felt comfortable with Matt’s knowledge and experience. He helped us think through the pool position in the yard as well as various options. He was very patient and did not try to hard sell us on anything. We also like doing business with a family-owned company.   Paladina kept us informed throughout the entire process and were responsive when we had questions. Matt was onsite each day during installation and kept to the timetable he outlined. We were in fact swimming within a week of breaking ground. As the summer progressed, Matt answered our calls and walked us through any questions we had. Paladina exceeded our expectations in helping us create the yard with an in-ground pool that we imagined."

Donna B.

"Matt and his team were great. They installed our pool, patio, fire pit and fence in just under 3 weeks!!! I'd highly recommend calling Paladina Pools if you are looking for a prompt and professional experience."

David T.

"My husband and I were specifically looking for a company that would “do it all” for us when it came to our in-ground pool project. Paladina Pools went over every last detail and made sure that everything was handled to make me happy. From excavating, pool delivery & install, plumbing & gas lines, electrical, pavers, landscaping and fencing - Matt and his team did EVERYTHING! Matt and his entire crew were all very professional. They cleaned up every day and were so efficient. I would highly recommend to anyone considering putting in an in-ground pool to give him a call. You won’t regret it!"

Frequently Asked Questions About Our Pool Installations

  • Does Paladina service pools they did not install?

Yes. While we have the advantage of knowing every detail of the pools we built, our service team works on pools throughout Pittsburgh regardless of who installed them. If you are looking for a reliable, knowledgeable service provider, we are happy to take a look at your pool and put together a maintenance plan.

  • What is included in a regular pool maintenance visit?

Each visit includes water chemistry testing and chemical treatment, skimming and brushing, filter inspection, equipment checks, and a service log entry. If we notice anything developing during a routine visit, we will let you know and talk through the options before it becomes a more significant issue.

  • How do I know if my pool liner needs to be replaced?

Common signs include visible fading or discoloration, stretching or wrinkling along the walls, small tears or cracks, and water loss that is greater than normal evaporation. If you are noticing any of these, schedule a service visit and we will assess the liner and give you a straightforward recommendation.

  • What pool equipment brands is Paladina certified to service?

Paladina is certified with the leading pool equipment manufacturers in the industry, including Pentair, Hayward, and Jandy, among others. That certification means our technicians receive manufacturer-level training and have access to genuine parts. If the equipment in your pool carries one of these names, we know it well.

  • Can Paladina instWhen should I schedule my spring pool opening?all a spa alongside my pool?

In the Pittsburgh area, most pools are ready to open between late April and mid-May depending on the weather. We recommend scheduling your opening in March or early April so you can secure your preferred date. Our spring schedule fills up quickly, and an early booking helps ensure your pool is ready when the warm weather arrives.

  • What happens if I do not close my pool properly for winter?

An improperly winterized pool is vulnerable to freeze damage, which can crack plumbing lines, damage equipment, and compromise your liner. In Western Pennsylvania, where temperatures regularly drop well below freezing, a proper professional closing is genuinely important. The cost of repairing freeze damage is almost always significantly more than the cost of a professional closing service.

  • How quickly can Paladina respond to a repair call?

We work to respond to service calls as quickly as possible, with priority given to active maintenance plan clients. For urgent issues, contact us directly and we will do our best to get a technician to you promptly. Paladina services the greater Pittsburgh area and surrounding communities in Western Pennsylvania.
