Our Roots
In 2006, Matt Paladina founded Paladina Landscaping and Lawn Care with nothing more than a small pickup truck, a 5x10 trailer, and a dream. He started by cutting lawns and taking on any job he could find — even washing neighbors' cars — driven by a vision of building something greater. With grit, determination, and invaluable mentorship along the way, Matt gradually transitioned from basic lawn care to larger, more intricate landscaping projects.
Growing with Purpose
As the business expanded, so did Matt’s vision. By 2018, Paladina had shifted entirely to custom design-build services, focusing on creating outdoor living spaces tailored to clients’ unique styles and needs. From custom patios and retaining walls to personalized landscape designs, we’ve built a reputation for craftsmanship, creativity, and excellence.
A New Chapter: Paladina Pools
In 2019, our expertise caught the attention of local pool companies, leading us into custom pool installation and complementary outdoor living projects. Recognizing the potential to serve clients directly, Matt launched Paladina Pools in 2021, turning a subcontracting chapter into a fully realized custom pool division.
Where We Are Today
What started as a one-man operation has grown into a thriving company with a fleet of 20 trucks, 14 heavy machines, and a dedicated team of 30 skilled professionals. Matt often reflects on the early days when his biggest goal was simply affording a new weed whacker — a reminder of how far passion, hard work, and a commitment to excellence can take you.

3. DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
We begin crafting your custom design, incorporating layout, functionality, materials, and structural requirements. Your plan is engineered to provide long-term strength and visual impact.
4.PROJECT SCHEDULING
You’ll receive your design package and walk through every element with our team. Together, we refine details and make adjustments to ensure the final plan meets your expectations.
5. CONSTRUCTION
Your dedicated Project Manager oversees all phases of construction and keeps you informed with clear, regular updates. Our in-house crews work with precision to bring your design to life.
5. FINAL WALKTHROUGH & COMPLETION
When construction is finished, we walk the space with you to review the completed work. You’ll receive care instructions, warranty information, and support for long-term maintenance.
